A Schutz Majolica Charger – Austria 636
Made in Austria : was the Schütz Blansko mark used for export 1897 to 1906
The charger is wonderfully coloured depicting a centrepiece of a stag and 2 doe with another on the left hidden in the trees with a wonderful blue border graduating from dark to light over the relief of young figures hunting –
The back of the charger is an olive green colour stamped made in Austria within oval and 636, also has 2 holes within the footed rim to enable for it to be hung.
